1. The service
Indian Food Metrics provides nutrition information for Indian foods, a nutrition calculator, a personal meal log and a photo-based food scan. Some features are only available with an active membership plan.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal. Please do not share your login with others.
3. Memberships and payments
Paid plans give access for the period shown at purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Membership access ends when the plan expires unless renewed. Products bought through partner checkouts (such as the CGM) are sold and fulfilled by that partner under their own terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape or resell the food database or calculator results.
- Do not try to access other members' data or interfere with the site's security.
- Only upload photos of food that you have the right to use.
5. Health information
All nutrition values, glycemic figures and scan results are estimates for general information only and are not medical advice. Please read our Disclaimer.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, content and food data belong to Indian Food Metrics or its licensors. You may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information provided, or from interruptions or errors in the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction. See also our Privacy Policy.
